In 2012, the business was handed down to the next generation with Fiona Nicholl taking on the leadership role and transforming the focus to the fast-paced digital world. Gateway Media Group are now the leading specialists in the region for Email Marketing Services.
More recently, two new products have been introduced to the Gateway portfolio. ‘Cairns Calendar’ is designed by locals, for locals and visitors to view everything Cairns! Originally an events calendar, Cairns Calendar has grown from showcasing local events to now promoting local businesses, local charities, and even local legends. Cairns Calendar is now ‘Your Gateway to everything Cairns’!
‘Drive Queensland’ is the newest edition to the Gateway family which promotes a myriad of regions you can explore while enjoying the freedom of the open road. Currently in the early development stages, the aim is to create a media mix of digital and print products to service the dynamic Queensland Drive Market.
